High School Students and Parents, Tomorrow night (9/2) is our first Tiger football home game of the season!! We look forward to seeing each of you as we cheer on the Tigers. We will take on Trinity Leadership Academy @ 7:30. Attached you will find the stadium rules for the 22/23 season. We want this to be an enjoyable experience for all in attendance. If you have any question please contact me directly. Notes for students: • Students are admitted with their Student ID FREE. The cost is $5 for entry without Student ID. No exceptions. • Students are not permitted to bring backpacks or any food/drink inside Tiger Stadium. • There is no re-entry for students once they leave. • Students may NOT access the field at any-time, the visitor’s side, or be “wandering” in unauthorized areas. •Students that do not conduct themselves appropriately at any extracurricular event (Volleyball, Football, Basketball, etc.) could lose privileges to attend. At 10:24 AM (Sept 1), Gunter ISD will be in a Secure status due to a post from a neighboring area. Students and teachers will remain inside and doors will be locked. Safety is our first concern. Please do not call the offices or attempt to enter our buildings at this time.

Gunter ISD will be closed on Monday, September 5th in observance of Labor Day. this holiday was signed into law by President Grover Cleveland in 1894 to honor the laborers of America. Enjoy your three day weekend!

Just a reminder... Friday, September 2nd is our first "official" home game for the varsity football season. Please remember gate entry fees have changed for the 2022 season. Please make a note of these price changes before coming to the games. Per 8AAA Football District Executive Committee: - Sub-Varsity Games: $3 Students and Adults - Varsity Games: $5 Students and Adults ** All Gunter students in GRADES 7-12 may show their school ID for free entry to home games.
