This message is to alert you to the fact that one of the Special Ed/CoOp buses had an accident on Bledsoe this afternoon. Everyone on the bus is okay. With the congestion from this accident and other road closures, please note that Gunter ISD Bus #3 is running behind by about 10 minutes. It's Red Ribbon Week at Gunter ISD. Students at GES and GMS will spend the week dressing up, coloring posters, learning facts, and so much more! The theme for this year is "Life is a movie, film drug free!" Let your child be the star of his/her own movie by making the best choices possible. Their script is unwritten, and as a caregiver, you must guide your child in the right direction to write their story of success. Our goal at the school is to start the conversation about the dangers of drug use; we ask that you continue that conversation at home. We are excited to see the costumes this week. Parents of the STC Classroom whose student does not have a Gunter student ID will need to contact Garner Studio for a password.
