GUNTER ISD 2024-2025 Pre K / Kindergarten Roundup
WHEN: Thursday, April 11th
TIME: 4:15pm – 6:00pm
WHO: New incoming Pre K and Kindergarten students (students currently enrolled do not need to attend)
Items needed to enroll:
Birth certificate
Social Security Card
Shot Record
Parent / Guardian photo ID
Proof of residency (utility bill)
Proof of income (if qualifying for Pre K)
For Pre-K, you may qualify based on meeting the eligibility criteria listed below or you may attend for a monthly fee, based on availability.
Qualifying factors are as follows:
*child is limited English speaking
*child is homeless
*child is or has ever been in the foster care system
*child is a dependent of active or deceased military
*child’s parent is a recipient of Star of Texas Award
*family meets income threshold (must provide three months of paystubs or TANF/food stamp
documentation)
Students will not be reserved a place in Pre-K until the school has received ALL required
documents. For non-qualifying Pre K students, there is a $75 registration fee due to hold a spot
once all documents are received.
