Gunter ISD was excited to recognize Mr. Mark Williams at the School Board Meeting. Mark Williams, (Transportation and Maintenance) was chosen for the District Make A Difference Award.
We are sad to say that Mr. Williams will be retiring in December, and he will be missed greatly by the staff and the students. Mr. Williams, thank you for the way you cared about every staff member and student in the district. Your smile and kind words were the one thing we all knew we could count on when we stopped to chat with you. You are a light to many people’s darkness, and we know that you absolutely deserve the R&R you are about to jump into!
