Coworkers and friends gathered at the administration building this afternoon for what we thought was going to be a sad affair. Ron, a member of our maintenance team had decided on a new career path, and today was set to be his last day at GISD. BUT…. the sad farewell turned into a happy celebration when it was announced that after speaking with Mr. Martindale this morning, he decided to stay at Gunter ISD. Welcome back, Ron!
