Gunter Middle School

I grew up in Gunter and married my high school sweetheart, Justin. We have three children, one in each GISD campus this year! My professional experience as an art educator began in Frisco ISD as an elementary art teacher where I taught 6 years. Through the years I have taught art through volunteer programs, in homeschool groups and most recently to students of all ages out of my home in The Farmhouse Studio. I love Jesus Christ, coffee, books, traveling, deep conversations and good music. I also love the richness that art brings to education and consider it a great privilege to be teaching art at GMS.
