The 2022-2023 theme for Gunter Middle School is GMS Rocks which makes sense because we have a “rock-star” staff and student body. Now that we've sailed through the 1st 9 weeks, it's time to sing some praises!
Each teacher selected a “rock-star” student to honor for the first nine weeks grading period. Congratulations to: Sylvie Pace, Colt Kennemer, Ivan Martinez, Liam Stanley, Caleb Siler, Brody Barnett, Sydney Bodnyk, Angie Mendoza, Kasen Leonard, Rosee Davis, Brody Hicks, Vianay Fuentes, Amani Kiiru, Jackson Neufeld, Melissa Torres Del Rio, "Milly" Dulce Fraire, Lauren Keirns, Harlee Keel, Prezley Grant, Kason Lorenzini, Ava Thedford, Corbin Waligura, Samiha Pittman, John Luke Gonzales, Blake Hale, and Hannah Perkins.
GMS Principal, Mr. Dodd awarded each student with a guitar pick (shown in collage) and they will be entered in a drawing for a prize at the end of the year.
