• Reading & Phonics - On Mondays, we send home a reading practice from Phonics with boxes you check after your child has mastered reading that word to you. Have your child practice reading these words to you until he/she can read these words effortless.  These are due on Fridays. Sight words are included in sentences located in your child binders.  Each night your child read these sentences, color in a star at the bottom of the page.  We give these out every 2 weeks. In addition, please have your child read to you for 15 minutes each night. 

•  Also, student should complete math homework each night besides Wednesday nights or testing days.   Whenever we finish a math lesson, your child will bring home a homework page to reinforce what your child is learning in class.
