Let's hear it for our Gunter Tiger Band students! Gunter Tiger Band had 12 soloist receive 1st division medals this past weekend at the UIL Region Solo & Ensemble contest. 1st division ratings are the highest rating students can receive. In addition, Zachary Kennedy qualified for STATE Solo & Ensemble contest on his four mallet marimba solo. To Qualify for state, students must receive a 1st division on a class 1 solo (hardest level) performed by memory. (Pictured: left)
