Your child must be fever free (without medication) for 24 hours before returning to school.               Vomiting or diarrhea the day of school.  Must have not had either vomiting or diarrhea for 24 hours Has pink eyes with drainage or dried crust in the eyelashes.      This needs antibiotic drops for 24 hours before coming back to school.                                                                                                               Immunization schedule for Grayson County students For a full vaccination schedule, please see the Texas Department of State Health Service website 5 Years of Age 5 doses 4 doses 2 doses 1 dose 3 doses 2 doses 1 dose DTP, DTAP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis) 5th dose on or after 4th birthday OR 4 doses with 4th dose on or after 4th birthday. IPV (Polio) 4th dose on or after 4th birthday OR 3 doses with 3rd dose on or after 4th birthday.          MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) 1st dose on or after the 1st birthday.  The 2nd on or after the 4th birthday.     HIB (Haemophilus influenza type b) on or after 15 months OR primary series with booster on or after 1st birthday.
